Reclaiming Wholeness and Holiness after Loss

With Sylvia Sigurdson

Sylvia Sigurdson has provided Spiritual Care as a volunteer for individuals in her local hospital as well as within the wider community where she lives and within the communities where she worked for Home Care. Sylvia has been a volunteer for almost her entire life, providing services, including as programming and services for Abused Women, Teen Dropouts, and Services for Seniors just to name a few.

Sylvia’s main volunteer position was one that provided her with the ability to become focused on the purposes and principles, the values and beliefs, that resulted in her leadership in all areas of her life. While these are largely denomination based; they grew out of early childhood experiences with finding the Divine in nature and the environment. Sylvia possesses a deep and loving relationship with the earth and our involvement in how we continue to take advantage of it’s beauty and utility. Sylvia explores issues an open mind and often with idealism; tempered with the realities and actualities within her varied experiences.

Sylvia’s goal for herself and those she works with is to seek wholeness and move on to holiness.
